What subjects does the student study?

The student studies thirteen subjects combining the international academic curriculum, revealed sciences, and skill-based subjects, within a single integrated path that does not separate knowledge from upbringing.

How long does the admission process take after applying?

Registration applications are reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours, and the admissions team will contact you directly to schedule an assessment or complete the remaining procedures.

What documents are required for registration?

Passport, ID, or birth certificate, latest academic certificate and accredited transcript, a personal photo of the student, and the guardian’s ID. You can start with what you have available and complete the rest in coordination with the admissions department.

Is the certificate accredited?

The school adopts an educational framework consistent with international standards recognized in global education systems and is working to complete the requirements for international academic accreditation according to recognized regulatory frameworks.

The link for the placement test and behavioral assessment is automatically sent via email immediately upon confirmation of payment of the $150 registration fee.

When do I receive platform login credentials?

Platform login credentials, the academic schedule, and guidance booklets are sent in the sixth and final stage, immediately upon payment of the final tuition fees.

How is the student’s daily academic progress monitored?

Through the interactive platform, the student’s attendance, assignments, and tests are monitored via a dedicated parent dashboard, in addition to direct communication with teachers and the academic advisor.

Are all classes live or recorded?

The platform combines live classes (Live) for interaction and speaking with teachers, and recorded classes that the student can return to at any time, 24/7.

What are the registration and initial assessment fees, and are they refundable?

The admission and initial assessment fee is $150, paid once at the time of application. It is non-refundable and covers administrative procedures, opening the student file, and placement and performance assessments.

Does the platform offer options to pay tuition in installments?

Yes, we offer flexible payment options, including full payment (with a special discount) or easy installments through regular plans that suit each family’s needs.

What discounts are available for students?

The school offers discounts for Qur’an memorizers (up to 10%) and sibling discounts (up to 10% starting from the second child), with the highest-value discount applied to the student without stacking.

What is the fee refund policy in case of withdrawal?

In accepted withdrawal cases (with a documented force majeure circumstance), 80% is refunded before August 15, and 50% between August 15 and 31. Starting September 1, or for unjustified withdrawals, fees are not refunded, as enrollment is considered a full financial commitment.

How many weekly classes are there?

Classes are distributed throughout the week to achieve a balance between academic subjects and activities.

Does the student need prior experience?

No, no prior experience is required. This class is designed specifically for children starting their educational journey for the first time, in a safe, motivating environment suited to their age needs.

How does interaction take place during the lesson?

The student participates in discussion, answers questions, and interacts directly with the teacher.

What should I do if I do not have all the required documents?

You can start filling out the form and attach the documents you currently have available (such as an ID or photo), and complete the remaining documents later in coordination with the Admissions Department.
